Amanday Bynes - Oh, Dear!

Amanda Bynes released her fab new clothing line, Dear, a few months ago. She tells Popstar a little about the line and her fashion sense.

So what type of clothing did Amanda want to create?

“Clothing is definitely inspired by comfort, things you can just wear to the movies,” Amanda shares. “But not necessarily my movies!”

So where did the name come from?

“The name came from these little deer,” Amanda says as she points out the animal that is showcased in some of the patterns. “I thought, ‘What if it was Dear, like, my lovely?’ And Steve & Berry’s Googled to see if there was a fashion line already called Dear and there wasn’t!”

Her Hairspray co-star, Zac Efron, fully supported her new role. “Zac must have found out about Dear online,” she told Popstar. “He texted me and was like, ‘That’s awesome that you have your own clothing line!’
