On naming her album Guilty Pleasure: Because I’m someone who doesn’t take myself too seriously. I like to laugh at myself and I’m hoping to be your Guilty Pleasure! My guilty pleasure is obviously Coffee Blend ice blends.

On the differences between Headstrong and Guilty Pleasure: Headstrong I was first learning about myself as an artist, and this album I knew exactly what I wanted. I came up with the whole concept of the message of the album. It’s more rock, guitar driven. It’s music that I love to listen to.

On the inspirations for the songs on her new album: A lot of the inspirations for the songs were really songs that I could connect to. Every song on this album is not what I’ve experienced, but I definitely connect to in some way.
