Blake Lively – “Elvis and Anabelle” Screening

Blake Lively attended the screening of Elvis and Anabelle last Thursday, with her Gossip Girl castmates there to support her!

“Well, she wasn’t nice enough to give me a private screening!” quipped Connor Paolo, who plays her little brother Eric on the show.

Blake said that the production schedule wasn’t so fun. “We shot in 24 days, so fun wouldn’t be the word I’d use to describe it, but looking back, it was great,” she says.

Director Will Geiger spoke only about the good times–and his stars’ vocal talents, which sadly don’t appear in the movie. “Blake and Max would create these singing routines to the Backstreet Boys!”

Max Minghella and Lively became good friends, joking and gently pushing each other while introducing the movie. “I think any scene that I’m at my most Texan was my favorite,” he said. ‘”Any time I can rock that farmer part!”
