Camp Rock Comes to DVD August 19th

Camp Rock was obviously a huge Disney Channel Original Movie. It was talked about for months before it came out and everyone wanted to know everything they possibly could about the movie and the stars. After the movie came out, Camp Rock fans wanted to watch the movie over and over again. Well, now you can!

On August 19th, Camp Rock (Extended Rock Star Edition) will be released on DVD and available for purchase. I had the honor of reviewing the DVD and let me just say, it is worth every penny. If you love Camp Rock, the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato or any of the other stars that were in the movie, then you’ll love this DVD.

I had seen the movie twice before watching it on DVD. I popped in the DVD wondering if I really wanted to watch it again. The dancing and the music captured me and I enjoyed watching it as much as I did the first time. What makes this DVD so special are the bonus features.

Here are the bonus features included on the DVD:

• How to Be a Rock Star
• Jonas Brothers: Real-Life Rock Stars
• Introducing Demi Lovato
• Hasta La Vista – From Rehearsal to Final Jam
• Too Cool – Setting the Scene

Along with these features are some “Music & More” features. If you are a big fan of the music from Camp Rock, you will love the music videos and Camp Rock karaoke. It’s a whole lotta fun!

Needless to say, I enjoyed the bonus features as much as I did the movie. I am very excited to have this DVD in my collection. It’s a great movie to pop in the DVD player for a family movie night or when you are having some friends over.
