Camp Rock Has Started Shooting
According to TV Guide, Disney has begun shooting Camp Rock - a new movie musical that they are hoping will be as big as HSM!
Set to premiere next summer, Camp Rock tells the story of a girl (Mitchie Lopez - played by Demi Lovato) from the wrong side of the tracks who takes a job as a dishwasher at a performing-arts summer camp. When she’s overheard singing – but not seen — by teen pop star Shane Gray at the camp, he is completely taken and sets out to find the girl behind the beautiful voice. But first she must confront her fears, step out of the kitchen and into the spotlight.
It will star Joe, Kevin, and Nick Jonas, a.k.a. the Jonas Brothers.
