“Camp Rock” Set to Take the World by Storm!

With the premiere of the DCOM Camp Rock just days away (come on, you KNOW it’s only 9 days to go) I thought I’d better put together all the Camp Rock info I’ve rounded up thus far!!

Camp Rock Plot and Spoilers:
Camp Rock centers on a teen girl (Demi Lovato) who wants to spend her summer at a prestigious rock camp. The only way she can attend is if she works in the kitchen as one of the cooks. When she’s overheard singing - but not seen - by a teen pop star at the camp, he is completely taken and sets out to find the girl behind the beautiful voice. But first she must confront her fears, step out of the kitchen and into the spotlight.

Spoilers:

  • No love interest between Nick Jonas and Alyson Stoner’s characters.

  • Kevin plays an airhead and Joe plays a jerk!
  • The movie is a modern day, musical, Cinderella.
  • Connect 3 only performs one song - it’s sort of a Jonas Brothers song, but with some techno beats thrown in.
  • Camp Rock is no HSM! It’s a totally different movie.
