Taylor Swift shows her support for cancer research as she attends An Unforgettable Evening Benefiting EIF’s Women’s Cancer Research Fund last night in Los Angeles.

Taylor performed during the dinner event and received the Courage Award.
The event honored Faith Hill and Tim McGraw and also served as a fundraiser for the organization.

Selena Gomez looks beautiful in a pink silk gown as she arrives at the UNICEF Ball in Beverly Hills on Thursday evening (December 10th).

Selena was appointed as the organization’s Trick-Or-Treat ambassador for the second year this year and used her voice, recognition and commitment to children’s issues to fundraise, educate and advocate on behalf of UNICEF and support the organization’s mission to help reduce the number of daily preventable deaths of children, from 25,000 to zero.
She was also the youngest UNICEF Ambassador to travel to West Africa to witness life saving programs.

Taylor Swift Scores Top AMA Honors!

Taylor Swift nabbed FIVE out of six awards that she was nominated for at the 2009 American Music Awards earlier this week!
She won Artist of the Year, beating out the late Michael Jackson, Kings of Leon, Lady Gaga and Eminem. Taylor revealed it was an “unimaginable honor,” and also praised Janet Jacket and other members of his family who reached out to her.
Taylor also snatched up awards for Adult Contemporary, Pop/Rock Female and Country Female Artist as well as Country Album.

The cast from Secret Life of an American Teenager spreads the word about doing food drives this November with DoSomething.org’s Feed the Need!
DoSomething recently partnered with ABC Family’s cast of “Secret Life of an American Teenager” to challenge young people to help collect 1 million pounds of food by December 15th.

Taylor Swift was honored at the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame Ceremony Sunday night, October 18th.
The event at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel provided the official induction of the organization’s newest Hall of Fame members — Kye Fleming, Mark D. Sanders and the late Tammy Wynette.
Taylor picked up the award for Songwriter Of The Year along with Artist Of The Year! She certainly is on a role for winning awards this year

Her response? She tweeted, “SIX AMA nominations??? What????!!! PARTY!!!!!”
