Demi says they got to let loose and open more because it was just she and her band with no audience to perform to.

Demi explained, “The video is really glam rock. It’s awesome. We have like tons of lights everywhere. The scene that we’re about to go shoot, I’m driving down Hollywood Boulevard. We’re glamed up, my best girl friends and we’re having a great time.”

Admitting she’s glad to be part of the campaign, Demi says, “I’m really excited to be part of the campaign, because not only is it huge and everybody knows what it is, I used to look at posters when I was a little girl and I always wanted to know what it would be like.”

Demi reveals, “I love drinking milk because it keeps me lean and strong. Not only that, it keeps my hair and nails healthy.”

Featured in the video are Demi’s Camp Rock besties, Meaghan Martin, Chloe Bridges and Anna Maria Perez de Tagle. But where’s the love interest? Demi tells MTV, “It’s all about being fierce and kind of, like, taking control as a girl. It’s like girl empowerment. Yeah, divas!”

The single is from Demi’s album, Here We Go Again album. The album went on sale in July and sold more than 108,000 copies in the first week!

The video was shot at the end of October with Demi’s Camp Rock 2 Costars! Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, Chloe Bridges and Meaghan Martin joined Demi to channel the 80s style for the video.

She continues, saying, “We always fake fight and people freak out.”

“I think a lot of you guys out there heard about the music video out there, ‘Bounce.’ One day Nick [Jonas] came up to me on set and was just like, ‘Yo, I got this new song. I have a beat to it and it’s really sick, you should hear it.’”

Demi didn’t realize it was a joke! “We ended up shooting the music video one day before we all went to work. It was just so much fun. It was incredible. I had so much fun doing that. Maybe you should watch out for the sequel.”
