Jennette McCurdy updated her official blog to recap her trip to Nashville and she’s on her way to Canada!
She writes, “Last time I wrote to you guys, I had been in Nashville for over 5 weeks. I went to LA for five or so days and then (you guessed it!) went right back to Nashville! During that second trip, I wrote songs with some of my very favorite Nashvillians, sang demos, and had tons of meetings. Jennette McCurdy is back in Nashville to work on her debut record from Capitol Records coming out soon.
She also posted a video where she covers Jamey Johnson’s song “In Color” with Darius Rucker!
Jennette writes, “I was honored to do this cover with one of the coolest voices in music: Darius Rucker. He exudes awesomeness… The song is a brilliant country song by the legendary Jamey Johnson!”

Selena Gomez sparkles in gold at the Onitsuka Tiger-sponsored record release party of Kiss & Tell, the debut CD for Selena Gomez and the Scene last night!

Tons of celebrities showed up to support Selena, including Debby Ryan, Jennifer Stone, Jennette McCurdy, and Samantha Droke!
Selena updated her Facebook page, saying “Dancing with the Stars was amazing! Then the record release party was the same had so much fun! I am finally getting some shows booked so I can go out and play for you guys. Texas I am coming home!!!!!!!”
