According to TMZ, Taylor is now involved in a copyright infringement lawsuit led by Broadcast Music, Inc. There is reportedly a small sports bar in Idaho who was ripping her off.

According to the lawyer connected to the case, an investigation took place at The Sports Cellar bar sometime last year, and the investigator noticed the bar was playing Taylor’s songs, which they had not paid for the rights to. She’s now suing for unspecified damages.

Taylor showed off a present she got from fans! “I’m very proud of it. They’re really awesome! I was outside my hotel and these girls are like, ‘We made you presents.’ And I was like ‘Cool’! They held up these gloves and it’s like, ‘Fun-Don!’ They’re so creative.”

Taylor has two concerts next week in London – performing at Wembley Arena on Monday, November 23 and Tuesday, November 24.

In other news, Taylor still continues to deny reports of a relationship with New Mono star, Taylor Lautner. In InStyle magazine she reveals, “I’m in the mind-set where I choose to be single – like I got to light scented candles and write in my diary and I wouldn’t have time for that if I had a boyfriend right now.”

Of course, who knows when that interview took place!

Taylor won all four categories in which she was nominated — Music Video, Album, Female Vocalist and Entertainer of the Year! Congratulations to Taylor

In her acceptance speech for Female Vocalist of the Year, Taylor revealed, “I want to thank country radio, for taking a chance on my music a few short years ago. I want to thank Reba and Faith Hill for being themselves. I want to thank everyone in this room for not running up on stage.”

The show airs tonight on ABC and Taylor opens the show. She is also nominated for four awards this year: Entertainer, Female, and Album of the Year, and a Music Video nod.

Taylor was also given the Song of the Year award for “Love Story,” the second year in a row that she won the award!

She said, “I just want to say to every songwriter and every loved one of a songwriter, thank you, because you are the reason I wanted to try Nashville. You are all my heroes.”

John recently talked about working with Taylor, saying that he was overjoyed look her in the eye during recording instead of receiving her part on an email.

“We actually did record it together. I would have done it [apart] if I had to. Looking back, I can tell you we did have a moment together and I would love to sing Half Of My Heart with her live one day. She’s fantastic and I am happy to know her,” he says.

During the video, Taylor and Bill joke about the Video Music Awards “incident” with Kayne West. Taylor introduces herself while Bill puts down his cell phone. He turns to her and says, “Whoops, Kanye West just called. He thinks Beyoncé should host. Funny joke, right?”

She rolls her eyes in response! Do you think they’ll do more to spoof that event? She recently told the Associated Press that “There are definitely some hilarious things that have happened to me over the past couple of months that I think will be pretty substantial skits.”
