Emily Osment Doesn’t Like the Jonas Brothers’ Music!

Emily Osment recently chatted with Taft High Tribune about signing her life over to Disney, working on her own album and not liking the Jonas Brothers music!!
“I’ve basically signed my life over to Disney,” Emily said. “I’m contracted to ask permission if I want to do a non Disney project or movie, like Soccer Mom, which I just finished filming.”
On the plus side, she is working on an album that sounds pretty fun right now. “All the songs are original and written by me. And I’m NOT with Disney. I’m aiming for indie rock. It’s going to be like nothing you’ve ever heard from a Disney star.”
In fact, Emily says she doesn’t like the music on Disney’s label!
“The Jonas Brothers are great guys, but I don’t like their music. I’m into Radiohead, The Shin and Incubus. My music icon is John Lennon. I never even watched Disney growing up.”

I do agree with her, although…sadly I am a JB fan. My twin agrees with Emily about the J Bros.but not about her icon, John Lennon. Good for her…she shouldn’t like them, but who am I to say? my sister and i do agree with one thing they seem like nice guys and so does Emily.(:
Hahahha, so many pro-contra at here. I actually like Jonas Brothers but I really love Emily Osment. And I’m so proud with Emily with her job. Long live you, Emily. About Jonas Brothers–hey hey, sorry to Jonas Brothers fan–l’m their fan too–this is her opinion, can we appreciate her?

The Jonas Brothers do not have any talent. Seriously, Kevin can’t play the guitar, The others can’t really sing. And lyrics ahahahaha apathetic much?

Okay, Emily doesn’t like the Jonas Brothers. I personally don’t agree with her, but we can’t change people’s opinions. Miley Cyrus’s album, Breakout, is good and I think she’s a nice person who has just has had some problems along the way. She’s only 16, give her a break. Demi Lovato is an amazing singer and her album is awesome. She also seems like a really nice person. The Jonas Brothers are amazing guys and have amazing music.
I know other people will not agree with this, it’s just my opinion and nobody except Miley, Demi, Kevin, Nick, or Joe is oging to change that.
okay seriously?? this girl has promblems, okay? Hannah Montana has problems. My sister, Kaleigh, (we kinda have the same names…totally lame!) is like 8 years-old and we have a 5 year differnce in age and we fight over everything, but we always agree that Hannah Montana is soo lame. Everyone gets the wrong idea of Miley and Emily. They think they are so sweet and innocent, when the truth is they’re not! Jonas Brothers rule, okay? The only reason why Emily and Miley dont like them is because Nick Jonas dumped her and now Miley is making everyone hate the Jonas Brothers! Go Jonas Brothers! BOO MILEY AND EMILY! =
Well, I personally don’t like any of the disney stars…… and its OK if Emily doesn’t like the Jonas Brothers because she is just one small voice in a world with bigger voices that have smarter things to say.
And yes I don’t like The Jonas Brothers music but they seem like pretty sweet boys……in public.
I totally agree with Emily. The Jonas Brothers are horrible. My kids watched the KCA and when they came on we all sighed and groaned. The Jonas Brothers have been pushed and they have lost there initial spark. They are washed up just like Hannah Montana (Miley Cyrus), thats why she is not having a follow up to her movie thats coming out. She is giving up her alter ego of Hannah Montana.
Why is everyone hating on her because, she doesn’t like Jonas Brothers? Her preferences on music is nowhere near what the Jonas Brothers are categorized as. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t like them as human beings. She just doesn’t like the Jonas Brother’s genre of music.
