Wishing Miley Cyrus a happy and healthy seventeenth birthday! Love her or hate her, Miley has taken the world by storm in the past few years!

Miley’s tour has the day off today, so hopefully she’ll celebrate in style!

She already had a ’80s themed surprise party last week at New York City’s Canal Room.

“The whole thing was a surprise,” says someone close to Miley, who enjoyed a performance by the cast of Broadway’s Rock of Ages and blew out candles on a custom-designed cake.
