Yikes!! Hayden Panettiere allegedly shocked journalists at the Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday when she allegedly threatened to “kill” a reporter for publishing articles about her love life.

Supposedly she lashed out at a writer from Us Weekly, reportedly over her split from boyfriend Stephen Colletti earlier this month.

She was so angry at the speculation over her private life she lost her temper. Luckily her quick-thinking publicist grabbed her and scolded, “Not on the red carpet.”

Perhaps Heroes is too much on her brain!
