The Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato cover The Beatles ‘Hello Goodbye‘ for a Target commercial. Of course they were nervous!! One of their goals was to stay away from covering their “idols’ songs” but they seized the opportunity when it arose. Nick’s fave aisle at Target? The sports aisle! HAHAH, your funny. Trash? I won’t get hasty now.. but you have no idea what your talking about. This would be the biggest jonas brother fan speaking, no like literally. Just trust me, i am. But that’s beside the point. You don’t know what the heck trash is. They just got asked to REMAKE the beatles song, do you know what kind of honor that is? They also got compared to the beatles, people obvioulsy think they’re freaking amazing?! I sure do.. & i know many people who’d agree with me on that one. Uhm, but anyways i just want to talk about them for a second. I’m madly in love with them, especially joe, like honestly, if he asked me to marry him right now, though i don’t know him, actually, i feel like i do, but anyways, i would say yes, hands down(: Your SO talented, & i watch all your youtube videos, & laugh so hard. Your hilarious. Like, the doorbell, awkward.., no i don’t have a third arm silly fans, i’m allergic to air, are you a spider?, what’s your favorite store to shop at? limited too. or payless shoes, hahah, & favorite resteraunt, limited too(:, & what else.. i can’t grow a mustache!, oh how the tables have turned, your bet on it dance helps me when i’m upset, hi i’m kevin jonas & i’d like to sell you a car, & your sumo (spelling?) wresting, hahah. There is so much more, but also.. you are the best dancer, like you give so much soul into your concerts, that everyone gets there money’s worth. & did i mention, your THE hottest, cutest, most amazingly gorgeous thing that’s ever stepped foot on this planet?! First of all. The Beatles do not even have control over their own copyrights to the majority of their songs, so Paul and Ringo or any Beatle representative didn’t come up to them and give them permission to butcher it up like shit. I feel sorry for every true Beatle fan who has to hear that trash the JB put out. The Beatles and even the true Beatle fans would never want to use the songs for commercial purposes. This is an embarrassment to the music world I must say.
This was a horrendous cover. I’ve been a Beatles fan for basically 21 years, and I just hate it when people do covers. There is absolutely no way that anyone can do a good Beatles cover, let alone a decent one. Other “singers” and “bands” should just quite while they are ahead, they will NEVER be close to the amount of talent that The Beatles had. As for the latest attempt by the jonas whatevers, they are brain dead for thinking they could ever do a decent job.
