Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream – this episode is about Nick. Joe and Kevin chat about how great he is and how he’s the leader of the group. They also talk about his diabetes and Nick shows how he tests. “For the most part I manage it pretty well,” he says. Since it’s such a big part of his life, he looks to inspire other kids with diabetes. Thus A Little Bit Longer.

I feel for u nick,, i have type 1 too sadley i was born wiv my pancreas not working so i had no choice in getting diabetes where as some people can stop there self getting it just by eating rightly so there pancreas don’t stop working but thats type 2…

blahh you are wrong this is a big deal if he doesn’t moniter it correctly he could die i know this cause my dad works with diabetes patients
omfg i swear all this guy talks about is his diabetes, sure i feel bad that he has it but my friend has quite severe diabetes and she’s fine, as long as you monitor it well you’ll be fine. seriously thought it’s like he wants us to feel bad for him, he wants the attention.
@Becky He talks about it because he wants to help other kids who have it. What he does is great and he’s very inspiring and is proof that even though you have diabetes you can live a normal life. It’s not that he wants all the attention. He just wants to be a good rolemodel to kids and to inspire them by talking about how he deals with it.

@Kayla and isupportniley, okay i get your point about him trying to make people aware of it cuz that’s a good thing but it’s just my opinion about him wanting attention and you don’t agree and that’s fine, we agree to disagree lol.

Hey! I’m thinking of talking to my school about maybe doing a walk for diabetes. I started looking up information about it when I found out he had it and I didn’t have much of an idea of what it was. I really hope they find a cure soon-a lot of people are suffering.
