A shimmery Miley Cyrus attends the Conde Nast Media Group’s Fifth Annual Fashion Rocks at Radio City Music Hall on yesterday in New York City. I’m not sure exactly what that fabric is, but it does NOT look comfortable!!

WOW!!! I LOVE her dress it looks so GOOD on her! She looks so pretty! How could she NOT be the center of attention!?
I like how she doesn’t wear something like a long elegant dress to the red carpets, she always does something out of the ordinary, and whatever she does it always looks good on her!!!

Yea…the dress is a little short but it still looks very pretty on her. Although the dress is short, it doesn’t make her look sluttish in any way which is a good thing. I’ve seen girls wear shorts shorter than that so it doesn’t really bother me much.

It doesn’t matter if its short. All that matters is if looks good on her and if you could see her butt!! So can u see her butt? NO! Does it look good on her? Really good!
And its NOT even short. I heard people say that she has nice legs, and if you have nice legs of course you would want to show them off, that’s how you get a guy. Oh and trust me I’ve seen shorter dresses.
Nikki was just stating her opinion and honestly I didn’t find what she said to be rude. I do like the dress and I think Miley looks nice in it but it really does look like the fabric would be uncomfortable.
