Miley Cyrus - Candy Controversy

Miley Cyrus has her face attached to yet another controversy, literally!!
It seems that Glamours Shots, the photo company, has filed a lawsuit against Disney over some Hannah Montana branded candies that are sold in Disney stores.
Glamour Shots that the candies are violating copyright because they are called Hannah Montana Glamour Shots Candy and the candy is packaged in a small picture frame with Miley’s Hannah Montana pic inside. Glamour Shots is claiming false advertising and unfair competition.
Of course Disney is declining to comment.

That just sucks for her! Disney has to start being cautious in the people they let in their business.

Wow candy derived from a photography- company? Hannah’s candy really doesn’t effect them at all. I don’t even get the point of sueing disney. Well you try to pick on what you can get on I guess…
