Miley Cyrus Forbidden to See Jesse McCartney

Billy Ray Cyrus is none-to-pleased with Jesse McCartney flirting with Miley Cyrus! “There’s been serious flirting between them for a while, but Billy Ray won’t let them date,” says an insider to Star. “It’s driving Miley and Jesse crazy!”
Supposedly the duo is on the phone together all the time and they text each other too. “They tell each other how crazy they are for each other,” the insider continues. And it’s frustrating them because they are being kept apart…
Jesse has his own theory as to why Billy Ray is being so protective. He thinks “the fact that he’s been known to date a lot of young girls in Hollywood has gone against him with Miley’s dad,” says Jesse’s friend to Star.
“Jesse’s told Billy Ray that he’s willing to start out by having a chaperone of his choice around. But that’s not good enough for Billy Ray.”
