Miley Cyrus is too cute when she gets her new puppy, Sophie, at her Sweet 16 Bash at Disneyland. Miley starts crying and Pluto even gets involved with the birthday gift.

I love that she starts crying!! I love Miley, I think she is a genuinely sweet girl, and that dog is adorable, and no one will treat her better than Miley will.

I saw a photo from TMZ where it shows Miley in NYC with her yorkie, Roadie. I noticed that the dog had a tag on the collar, looked like a flea deterrent, but turns out her people use a product called Frescopet fragrant tags for her dogs.
