It looks like Miley Cyrus is going to duke it out with Joe Jonas’ girlfriend, Taylor Swift. Both girls picked up nominations for Best New Artist for the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards!

even though i like miley i cannot believe shes up for a vma it takes good years albums and songs to get nominated and win she should not win i think jordin sparks should win mainly because i luv her voice.
