Miley Cyrus on a Surfboard

Miley Cyrus was spotted while filming “Hannah Montana The Movie” in Malibu on Friday. This is the third day of shooting and Miley has been causing quite the scene among her fans. Miley drew a crowd of fans AND police officers!!
A server at the Paradise Cove Beach Cafe told E! News that when Miley comes in to use the bathroom, she causes quite the event! More and pics …
“She came in to use the bathroom and people just ransacked her,” the employee said. “We were told we weren’t allowed to talk to her and we weren’t allowed to let the customers bother her, either.”
