Miley Cyrus on Barbara Walters

by Nikki on February 23rd, 2008

Miley Cyrus PeaceMiley Cyrus recently chatted with Barbara Walters in a new interview. She says that worldwide fame is not all it’s cracked up to be!

Some people think you have more privileges than other teenagers because of what you do,” Miley says. “And that’s not it at all. It’s actually the opposite.

Apparently Miley’s parents are also pretty strict over who their superstar daughter hangs out with.

They’re protective for sure,” reveals Miley. “My mom is more strict than my dad. You want to keep your close circle of friends.

But Miley admits that she wants more of them.

I need more friends. It’s kind of like my quest right now just to have more true friends.

And even if she doesn’t find them, Miley will always have her faith. Above and beyond everything, she has faith that keeps her strong, and relies heavily on her religious beliefs to remind her that “going out and the parties” and materialistic things are not what matter in life.

Hello Baby, Wouldn’t that be wonderful. I like “your” circle of friends. “Mine” not so much. Have you ever had somebody steal your dog just to be your friend. Or just steal things from you to see if you’d mind.

I don’t pity her at all. She takes advantage of all the advantages of being a celebrity. She’s just a complete pity-conning (someone trying to con people for their pity), attention whore.
