Miley Cyrus Out Shopping in Los Angeles

Miley Cyrus was spotted out shopping today in Los Angeles. And yes, it is overcast as it looks in the picture! The weather took a sharp turn colder and Miley was certainly prepared in long skinny pants and a black leather jacket.

I can’t believe she missed the
Power of youth event to go shopping with “friends” that are probably just using her! I thought she was a sweet girl but now I see that she is way to self-centered.
omg its leslie, i cant beleive miley forgave her for leaking pics && stuff… looks awkward tho, because mileys with her sis && les is behind her
i know its noy my chioce to pick mileys friends but i think she should be hanging out with ppl her age. i think that all the older ppl shes hanging with are a bad influince on her

you cant just listen to oceanup..they dont know what she was doing either.
miley doesnt have to go to EVERY event.
she goes to a lot tho.
jb didnt go to the event either.
they decided to go to europe earlier than they needed too.
pluss a ton of her family and friends came to town just to see her and its kinda rude to ditch them to go to some event that will happen again.
