Miley Cyrus talks about her fans being outside, she can’t believe it! And right before she goes on, she gets nervous! Does Miley have any pre-concert rituals? She says that they get in a big circle and do a prayer or all put their hands in.
OMG I saw the Today show this morning it was AWESOME! She TOTALLY ROCKED! I LOVED her hair and her outfit she is so PRETTY and TALENTED!
