Miley Cyrus Puppy Pretty

Miley Cyrus was spotted out at Paty’s yesterday afternoon with Justin Gaston and her mom, Tish. Miley carried an adorable little puppy, which she later Tweeted was not hers!
“I did not get a new puppy!!! It was a friends,” she insists.
Miley seemed in a philosophical mood yesterday, writing, “My life is imitating the story of Job. I’m in a terrible mood 
I hate it – I wanna snap out of it!!!! Help me!. I just want to live my life. I’ve got so much more to learn. I’m scared of who I’ll become if I don’t figure out who I am.”
I wonder what’s going on?

wow, she couldn’t wear any pants?? because there is no way that is a dress..it’s too short-for her anyway!
and what the heck is up with her face in the 2nd picture? she looks uglier than usual, which isn’t really a big surprise! haha :]
