Miley Cyrus – Role Model or Bad Girl in the Making?

So with all of the recent Miley Cyrus news, I’m wondering what the fans think. Is Miley Cyrus still a good role model for the younger generation and she just made some bad decisions with her sexy BF pics and her topless Vanity Fair shot? Or is Miley heading down the path of Britney and Lindsay, perhaps hoping to shed her goog girl image?

miley is so fake.shes trying to blame the lady that took the pictures and thats wrong.her and her parents new what they were doing and even said how beutiful the pictures were.and miley was happy with them also.and disney is blameing the lady saying she took advantage of them to help sell magazines!!thats such a crop of bulls***.miley is going to keep on doing what ever she wants because she’s in control and she knows it.all she’s going to get is a slap on the hand.how pathetic.it’s the little fan’s that i feel sorry for because they thought she was agood role model.what ever.that girl has control over her parents and it seems every one else.i personally i’m so tired of her face and how it’s always has to be about her.she’s not gong to change.the picture’s of her and that older guy,that she said was her b/f at the time was her producers son.they were in aclub in some of those pictures.some role model!!mom get agrip on your lilttle one’s before they turn out like this spoiled rotten little miley that thinks shes 21.you as a parent have to moniter what your child does.if you contiue to let them idolize her your just has bad.

She’s definitely still a good girl, she’s just made some mistakes and I’m sure she’ll make more mistakes in the future, I mean she’s a teenage girl, she’s not gonna be perfect, nobodys perfect and everyone makes mistakes whether you’re famous or not.
Miley is so fake! She has to just face it… She has nothing to show off and she doesn’t have as much fans as she thinks she does. She is a bad girl and a horrible role model. She is the next Lindsay Lohan! Its only a matter of time until some one finds her completely smashed and her career might as well go down the toilet now.

Miley is sooooooooo gonna wind up in rehab in a couple of years. She just following the paths of Britiney and Lindsey. Where r her parents. All her parents r saying is how Miley has so many morales and how she isn’t gonna wind up like all those washed up child stars. Her mom is saying that she is such a good role model. How could she say she is a good role model. She going out clubbing every night. And its really getting old, I mean there’s like a new set of scandolous pictures of her coming out every month. She’s only 15 and she’s already doing topless magizine covers. She’s probaly just doing this for attention because all of her fans have been won over by the Jonas Brothers. Well newsflash for her, this is the kind of attention that she doesn’t want to be getting!!
i think she is a good role model even though she made that mistake. she’s still GOOD.
and IF miley ever was another britney, lindsay, or paris, which isn’t gonna happen, she would eventually change. nicole richie was all about partying and being a bad girl because she was around bad influence, paris hilton, but she changed not only because she was gonna be a mom but because she was acting more mature and doing the right thing.
These pictures don’t make Miley had bad person in any way. She is a GOOD girl, with a good heart, who just made some mistakes. Listen, I know I have, and I still consider myself to be a very good girl. Miley faces pressures we can’t even imagine.. she’ll come out of this stronger, and prove she’s the same good girl she has always been.
Winter Brat- Atleast get your facts straight before bashing her.. Goin out every night? NOT EVEN CLOSE.

just because she made some mistakes doesnt mean she is a bad person the big problem is that when she makes a mistake,she has millions of young fans looking up to her so its a bigger deal.but that doesnt make her a bad person.

Deb, when I said she was going out clubbing every night. I got that information from an article that was on this site a couple of months ago. I don’t think Miley is a bad person. I just think she could have made some better choices. I hope she will in the future and I also think her parents should take control in some of the things that she does.
Also, she probaley won’t wind up in rehab. I’m just venting my feelings!

Miley has an awesome voice, she is a great singer and i love her show! she has a great personality! she is a good Christian, so everybody just pray for her to continue in the right path!! She hopefully will always make the right choices!
Wow, I can’t believe how lenient some of those voters are. She’s not so “good”. She “chose” to befriend Mandy (who is a bad influence). She took those pictures, and if you’re famous, and you make the stupid decision of posting them on Myspace…do you really believe that Miley is “sorry” for those pictures? If you want to believe that she’s still “good”, then you people need a serious reality check.

Hey lexi stop acting like u no miley everyone stop acting like they know miley. Miley is 15 years old. She is a young teenager that is gonna make mistakes. Every 15 year old boy or girl does but do u realize how much pressure miley goes through? The only reason people say they will learn from there mistake and that usually means for a similar mistake but that doesnt mean all mistakes will be prohibited. She still has a long time to go and if u ask me i personally think she will mature and also, the onle reason her mistakea seem bigger is because of all the fand that look up to her and admire her so people get over her mistakes. Seriously guys, the excuse- it wasn’t her fault, isn’t working out that well. And yes, if you didn’t know, little kids DO look up to her, and she’s not making THEIR future any brighter. Those pics of her she took in her undies? yeah, they’re on the internet pretty much for anyone to see. Let’s say some 8 yr old kid googled her, and saw the pic. They might think- Miley doesn’t wear pants and wears tops like that. Then goes to their parents. “Mom! i wanna get clothes like Miley!!!” do we WANT 8 yrs olds running around looking like her??? ‘-_-
2- the whole- she’s a sixteen year old girl, everyone dresses like that-doesn’t work in her defense. I’m a teenager, no one in my skl dresses like that -well, some annoying brats like her, but only like 3 out of 100-
sure some teenagers wear low cut tops, but miley is trying to act like some 24 yr old WOMAN! she’s still a GIRL, admit it.
