Miley Cyrus Seeking Emancipation?

I’m not sure I buy this, but Miley Cyrus is reportedly in discussions to file for Emancipation from her parents. The reason? Justin Gaston.
Miley is looking into declaring emancipation so that she can have total control over her career, finances, and decisions, two tabloids are claiming.
Star Magazine reports that Billy Ray Cyrus is having reservations about Justin and thinks he’s a bit of mooch. “He doesn’t want him taking advantage of Miley,” an unidentified source close to the Cyruses tells Star.
Miley was in tears after her dad ordered her to stop seeing Justin. “She’s totally crazy about him and isn’t letting him go anywhere,” the insider says of Miley’s feelings for Justin.
“Miley told her dad to back off. She is sick of him trying to hold her down, and feels she is old enough to make her own decisions.”

It’s a 50/50 chance that it’s a rumour or true, because Miley really like this Justin guy (which he is soo ugly to me) and she wants to keep him, BUT she doesn’t want to do that with her parents, so I think it’s a possibality that is true!

That’s what her dad does because she cant handle herself!Her dad is worried that she can be affected by Justin and maybe she can make a big wrong mistake that can break her fame.She didnt think about that.She feels that she is old enough.Okay is she is old enough,so she must handle her act.I agree with her dad.Her dad has seen many mistakes and things that Miley made!Like example the nude pics..She didnt think it.

I don’t know about the stuff with Justin, but I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s sueing for emancipation. It’s more common then you think. People over dramatize it by saying stuff like ‘it’s like divorcing your parents’. Really all it is, is having legal control over your life. She’d still probably live with them etc. But this way she could legally go to auditions, be on the set of her movies and shows, and record music without having a parent/guardian there at all times.
Miley needs to listen to her dad she is acting like a spoiled brat who wants her way, what she doesn’t realize is that her parents have her best interest at heart, and she needs to leave her clothes on, her pics make her look like an easy piece of meat.
i think it is true. she seems like the type that would. her career has taken off over the last two years, so Miley wanting her own life and freedom from her parents doesn’t surprise me.
Ok, as much as I really don’t like her, I don’t believe a word of this retarded rumor. Even though her parents have let her run wild with her shirt off, I don’t believe that she would be so disrespectful to her dad in real life. But I do agree with her dad about him being a mooch. He seems like the type to date for fame.
