Miley & Mandy Are Back!

Miley Cyrus and Mandy are back in the latest episode of the Miley & Mandy show. Miley’s voice is still all raspy as they chat about random things.
They let us know that they will be having special guests in their next few episodes, like Mandy’s pet parrot.
In even more random news, did you know that Haley Joel Osment (Emily Osment’s older brother) spilled to People that back when Emily and Miley were 13, he gave them a lift to their eigth grade dances?!? Too funny.
