Miley Cyrus revealed to J-14 Magazine her five must-haves for a fab party!

Plenty of Prep Time - “It usually takes me up to two hours to get ready for a big party.”
Minimal Makeup - “I always like to wear makeup that’s as natural as can be. It’s too over the top when you start caking makeup on. Don’t do it!”
The Perfect Outfit - “I don’t care what it is as long as I feel comfortable. If you’re not comfortable in something, don’t wear it - you’ll be self-conscious all night. Just be natural, be yourself and be confident.”
Good Grub - “I’m from the South, so I dig my food. As long as there are good nibbles, I’m happy. Fries and junk food always go over well. Bring on the junk-fest!”
Danceable Diddies - “I love anything rocky and poppy. Good party music is a must, so make sure you’ve got all the songs you need to make a party successful! If I’m being honest, it’s gonna be rock ‘n’ roll. Crank it up and hit the dance floor!”
