We all know that Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato are BFFs but guess how Selena helped Demi get over Cody Linley?!?
“Demi came to me and she was really hurt,” Selena says to TWIST. So how did they cope. They put their breakup remedy into action. “We vent to each other, and then we make a video of the two of us venting it all out. Then, when we go back and watch the video, we just start laughing! We realize how much we overanalyzed the situation.”
