Miley Cyrus flashes a quick smile as she heads to the set of the The Last Song last week in Tybee Island, Georgia.

The Last Song is a drama centered on a rebellious girl who is sent to a Southern beach town for the summer to stay with her father. Through their mutual love of music, the estranged duo learn to reconnect.

Miley has also been collaborating on a new line of clothing with designer Max Azria.

“The jeans are my favorite part of the entire line. Because, like, literally this is going to be good for, like, Middle America, and it will be great for kids that really want to be in fashion but that don’t have it available.”

Ashley Tisdale was spotted leaving her house in Toluca Lake wearing a baggy shirt and skirt yesterday. Her hair looks so healthy!

In other news, Ashley is among the many celebrities to offer kind words following Michael Jackson’s death - saying that he was a major influence.

“I’ve loved Michael Jackson, his music, his music videos,” Ashley revealed. “I mean, the man made music videos what they are today. So, I’ve always been inspired by him. I think he’s such a great dancer.”

Demi Lovato was spotted leaving her NYC hotel and arriving at MTV studios in New York City.

Demi recently revealed that she and her father are not reunited, as her dad originally claimed.

“It’s not exactly how he made it out to be,” she told New York Daily News. “It didn’t have the fairy tale ending that he portrayed.”

“You try to have faith in somebody, even when you’re the last person that believes in him,” she continued. But when somebody lets you down after you’ve been the only one there for them, and so many times, you don’t know what to do.”

“I had to cut off all connection. It was hurting me too much,” she said.

Miley flew back to Savannah after heading to perform at the Jonas Brothers concert in Texas. Nick and Miley performed their duet Before The Storm for a screaming crowd of fans.

Meanwhile Brandi is making her own name in the music industry. She used to sing back up for Miley, but now has her own band Frank and Derol.

The trio opened for Billy Ray Cyrus at his concert in Los Angeles’ House of Blues on June 14.

The brothers were talking to Larry King during an interview Thursday night when Larry asked who they were dating. Joe confirmed that he does have a girlfriend, but didn’t reveal who the lucky lady was.

As Larry pressed on, wondering if Joe’s lady love, Camilla Belle, is as famous as Nick’s girlfriend, Joe surprised everyone by saying, “I don’t think anybody is as famous as Miley Cyrus.”

Miley Cyrus is spotted filming a kissing scene in Savannah, Georgia this afternoon! Miley was kissing co-star Liam Hemsworth for her latest project, The Last Song, a Disney film based on the Nicholas Sparks nove of the same name. Today was the official first day of filming.

The Last Song is about seventeen year old Veronica “Ronnie” Miller’s who goes to spend the summer with her father in Wilmington, North Carolina. Ronnie’s father, a former concert pianist and teacher, is living a quiet life in the beach town, immersed in creating a work of art that will become the centerpiece of a local church.
