According to In Touch, Jamie Lynn has reportedly picked out her gown from designer and the wedding cake, and she’s also ordered the invitations!

The gown is from designer Monique Lhuillier and the cake is a three-tiered chocolate cake. Sounds yummy!!

This comes after earlier rumors that Jamie Lynn had kicked Casey to the curb after he cheated on her. The couple continues to deny those rumors.

Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge are supposedly fighting over two big issues … their baby girl’s name AND the soon-to-be-released baby photos.

It seems that Jamie Lynn wants to name the baby Cailynn. Casey wants the name to be Cassie instead. Supposedly “Their ongoing battles have taken their toll on Jamie Lynn and have pushed her to a near-breaking point,” an insider reports.

Another hot issue is the first photos of the baby. Supposedly Casey wants to reap the benefits and have some control over those pics. “Casey wants to marry Jamie Lynn before the baby is born so he can have some control over the rights to the baby’s first photos that will be sold. He wants to be in on any money deals that are made by Jamie Lynn and her mom.” Ouch!!

Jamie Lynn Spears and her fiancé Casey Aldridge are prepping their new home for the arrival of their baby. The couple bought a four bedroom house not far from her mom’s mansion in Kentwood, LA.

Jamie Lynn is decorating the nursery in shades of pink brown, and silver-green. She also had a four poster, king size bed delivered to the home, along with some leather living room furniture.

“They’re happy. They’re a fun little couple,” says a source.

Jamie Lynn Spears is reportedly asking fiance Casey Aldridge to sign a pre-nuptial agreement, at the instance of her mother, Lynne.

Lynne had the contract drawn up last month to protect Jamie Lynn’s estimated few million dollar fortune, but Casey is saying nope!

A friend tells In Touch magazine: “Casey doesn’t want to sign the prenuptial agreement.

“It’s really causing a strain for everyone. It’s been going for a month and he still hasn’t signed it.”

And even though Jamie Lynn is excited to get married, because of everything, they haven’t even set a wedding date!!

Jamie Lynn Spears is looking more and more pregnant by the day!!

Looking like a pretty pink vat of cotton candy, Jamie Lynn ran some errands yesterday in Kentwood with her fiancee Casey Aldridge.

The duo first stopped at the post office before heading over to the offices of Kentwood Bricks. Not sure what they did there, but they may have been discussing some architectural plans for a new house?!?

Jamie Lynn Spears wants her mom to give up some control over the finances. It seems that Momma Spears has control over Jamie Lynn’s Zoey 101 fortune and Jamie Lynn wants to use it … for the purchase of a house!!

“Jamie Lynn is frustrated because Lynne is still in control over her finances, and she can’t touch the bulk of her money until she’s 18,” an insider dished to The National Enquirer.

“Jamie Lynn wants to control her own money and marry Casey. But Lynne isn’t so sure Jamie is ready for that much responsibility at such a young age.”

Jamie Lynn recently told her mom to give her $300,000 to purchase a home in Mississippi. It seems a pretty responsible purchase to me!! But Lynne refused.

“When Lynne refused, Jamie Lynn said she was moving in with Casey’s parents,” the insider divulges.

Oops, looks like there is trouble in paradise Kentwood, LA for Jamie Lynn Spears and her fiance, Casey Aldridge. It seems that Jamie Lynn’s dad (Jamie) doesn’t want Jamie Lynn to marry Casey, causing a little rift between the two.

“Jamie and Casey do not get along,” an insider for In Touch Weekly says. “Casey wants to marry Jamie Lynn and get her away from her family.”

And to make matters worse, Jamie and Casey had a fight over the phone!!

“Casey doesn’t respect Jamie and that’s a problem,” the insider says. “It they get married, Jamie might not even show up.”

Oh my goodness. First Jamie Lynn Spears goes shopping at Wal-Mart on her birthday. Then her fiance, Casey Aldridge, pulls a gun on the paparazzi. What next?!?

It seems that there is video footage of Jamie Lynn and Casey as they were driving along a dirt trail in an all-terrain vehicle in Kentwood, Louisiana. Casey started shouting at a photographer who he says was trespassing on private property.

The video, from TMZ.com, shows Casey pulling a gun from his pocket when the photographer refuses to leave. Then the couple drove off.

The Star claims that Jamie Lynn is taking full advantage of the fact that her mother is in Los Angeles dealing with Britney’s latest breakdown.

A source said about the guests, “They were all laughing. They looked really happy and excited to be at the house, like they hadn’t seen Jamie Lynn in a while.”

The insider also claims that Jamie Lynn and her boyfriend, Casey Aldridge, were seen driving to a Wal-Mart Supercenter 35-miles from Kentwood where they allegedly purchased alcohol.

“Jamie Lynn knows Britney smoked and drank during her pregnancy,” a source told the National Enquirer. “Because Britney’s boys turned out fine, Jamie Lynn thinks her baby will be fine too.”

According to the National Enquirer… “Lynne really put her foot down,” said a source close to the Spears family. “She told Jamie Lynn that Casey Aldridge will never spend a night at their house. According to the report, the teen dad-to-be is allowed to visit only two days a week for just a few hours at a time. And Lynne has told Jamie Lynn that she will NOT be getting married to him!

According to sources cited by the Enquirer, Jamie Lynn agreed it was best that her mother raise the baby – a girl – in their hometown of Kentwood, La., and Lynn is happy to do it. “Lynne wants Jamie Lynn to continue her showbiz career after the baby is born, and Jamie Lynn finally realized she still wants to enjoy her teenage years without the responsibilities of caring for a baby,” said an insider.

“Privately, Lynne says Jamie Lynn still doesn’t understand the life-long consequences of having a baby. Lynne wants her daughter to still be able to be a teenager, go to parties, hang out with friends and have the opportunities of her career.” Lynne is determined to raise the baby as a Spears child, and if she has her way, Jamie Lynn won’t be marrying Casey.
