Taylor Lautner was spotted strolling the streets of Toronto yesterday afternoon. Wearing a black leather jacket with his hood up, Taylor and his family took a troll around the town.

Taylor is in Toronto to present tonight with New Moon costar Rachelle Lefevre at the Much Music Video Awards. The Jonas Brothers will be hosting, so tune in for pictures and video later!

Taylor Lautner recently chatted with Metro World News about filming New Moon and the changes in his character!

Taylor talks about how his character changes in this film, and how he had to bulk up for the role. “I knew where my character was going in the rest of the series, so obviously I knew I had some work ahead of me! So as soon as I stopped filming ‘Twilight’, I got back home, hit the gym and worked very, very hard, and here I am filming ‘New Moon’, 30 pounds heavier.”

Not only that, Taylor gets to do his own stunts! “Basically you get an evaluation at the beginning of filming. They took me to a gymnasium to see what I could do. They put me on some dirt bikes to see how well I can do. I think they’re just figuring out how much they’re actually going to allow me to do. So far, I’ve been able to do everything, so I’m hoping that doesn’t change too much cos the stunts are a lot of fun.”

Taylor reveals that he was excited to be back with the whole team and the new director, Chris Weitz. “It’s been a lot of fun so far and the movie’s looking great, so I couldn’t ask for more. Chris is amazing. He’s extremely talented and he’s done a lot of amazing work. Everything is looking fantastic so far for this and I know it’s gong to continue to.”

The biggest challenge on set has been the weather. “It’s really funny because I think the ‘Twilight’ saga is the only movies where we have to stop filming when the sun comes out. So whenever it’s sunny, we have to either go to an interior shot or just stop filming.”

Taylor also did a lot to prepare for his role. He studied the Quileute tribe’s myths, and legends. “When we got up to Portland, Oregon to film, I was able to meet with about ten Quileute tribal members. I got to talk to them and what I really learned is that they’re not much different than me, and that was very unexpected.”

When it comes to his character, Taylor says he actually feels bad for the guy! “I also like a lot of the more serious scenes, the pivotal scenes in the movie, like Jacob and Bella’s breakup scene, which is the first time Bella sees Jacob after he has transformed into a wolf. And it’s really emotional. I felt bad for Jacob just reading the books, but now that I’m actually living this character, I feel so bad for the guy! It’s really sad.”

Selena Gomez continues to refute rumors that she’s dating New Moon star Taylor Lautner.

The Wizards of Waverly Place starlet recently chatted with Extra and revealed that Taylor is “one of my good friends. I’m single. Definitely single.”

In a video interview with Popstar! Selena also said that she feels that fans should focus on her work, “not my love life.”

Taylor Lautner has reportedly been in talks to do another movie outside of the Twilight series!

Taylor was spotted meeting with director Garry Marshall, who is deciding whether to give him one of three roles in the upcoming film Valentines Day. The plot will be based on lovers and friends whose relationships are on and off due to the demands of Valentines Day.

The cast for the movie already includes Julia Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Jennifer Garner, Jessica Alba and Ashton Kutcher.

Valentines Day is set for release in 2011, and will no doubt be a huge box office hit.

The New Moon star and his Wizards of Waverly Place gal were adorable as they enjoyed each others company and chatted away while the paparazzi snapped up pics.

Taylor Lautner was spotted out grabbing some coffee yesterday afternoon in Los Angeles.

The New Moon star had quite the busy day … he headed off to do a photo shoot, hit the gym, and then was photographed leaving The Falcon Theater on Tuesday afternoon in Toluca Lake.

Taylor recently chatted about New Moon, saying, “There is pressure, but you push it behind you. Making New Moon was amazing and now being able to see the first cut trailer from it — it’s exciting.”

The most intense scene that he filmed was probably the breakup scene. “It’s the scene where Jacob breaks up with Bella because he realizes he’s too much for her to handle. He’s doing it for her, not for himself. I’m shirtless in this scene, only wearing shorts. It’s 35 degree weather and we’re being drenched in rain tower water. It was so ice-cold and the scene was four minutes long. And we can’t look cold!”

Taylor took time to wave to the paparazzi and chat with a female on set in between takes.

When it comes to New Moon, Taylor recently revealed that “There’s a lot more going on in New Moon. Heartbreak … it’s horrible. New Moon will rip your heart to shreds.”

Selena Gomez admits that she finally saw Twilight and loved the movie! “It was good. It was really good,” she told reporters at ABC’s press junket for Princess Protection Program on Saturday.

Selena continued, saying that “I really liked it.”

When it comes to Robert Pattinson, Selena admits that she now gets his popularity. “I can totally see the Robert Pattinson thing now. That’s for sure.”

Still, I’m sure she’s Team Jacob, even though she denies dating Taylor Lautner.

“I’m not! No,” she insists when asked if she hooked up with Taylor in Vancouver, Canada for the filming of their movies.

“I’ve been really blessed to meet some really nice people when I was working in Vancouver and I’m the happiest I’ve been in awhile. That’s all that matters,” she insists.
