Now we know how Taylor Momsen gets those gorgeous waves!! The Gossip Girl star was spotted as she played with her new pup outside of her makeup trailer.
Gossip Girl was filming at the Planting Field Arboretum State Historical Park in Oyster Bay. Taylor spent much of the time playing with her new pet outside in the large fields.
Later, Taylor got dressed and showed her pup to the photogs and fans waiting outside to see her. +3
