Miley Cyrus and BFF Mandy Jirouex are back with another installment of The Mandy and Miley Show.
This time they have two guest stars… Chris Massey (Zoey 101) and his younger brother Kyle (That’s So Raven).
The foursome act silly and dance to Soulja Boy’s smash hit “Crank That.”
