Vanessa Hudgens ‘I Have Never Been So Sore In My Life’

Vanessa Hudgens is gearing up for her role in her new film, Sucker Punch, and she’s having to gear up for her stunts!

“I am extremely excited,” Vanessa reveals. “I had my stunt evaluation the other day and it was basically learning how to throw the correct punches and all these kicks and craziness that I never knew how to do.

By the end of the day Vanessa was was going back and forth with someone — kicking, punching, kicking, punching. “Then he would have to come back at me and I would have to block it. Then the next day I felt so bad. I have never been so sore in my life. I love it but it was ridiculous.”

Vanessa is very excited about the film. “I kept telling everyone, ‘I want to do an action film.’ But they were like, ‘Maybe in a few years.’ So I’m like, ‘Ha, in your face. I am doing one now!’”

Sucker Punch, which isn’t set to release until 2011, follows a young girl who is institutionalized by her wicked stepfather. Retreating to an alternative reality as a coping strategy, she envisions a plan which will help her escape from the facility.
