When it Stinks to Be Joe Jonas!
According to the Dallas News, Joe Jonas is not very happy about the fame of the Jonas Brothers. Not THAT Joe Jonas. Instead we’re talking local Dallas Blues Singer, Joe Jonas. But the same name game is causing this singer quite the issue when it comes to his concerts and MySpace page!
It started about a year ago when when teenage girls started leaving messages on his MySpace. It got so bad he had to shut it down. “It’s irritating, because I’m the real Joe Jonas,” Joe Jonas the Blues Singer says. “I’ve been out here way before he was born.”
Joe has even received calls at his home. “People say, ‘You have to change your phone number.’ But I’m not changing it. I’ve had it for 30 years and if I change it, I’ll be the loser,” he says.
And of course there are the fans that attend his shows, thinking that he is going to perform some Jonas Brothers hits. At a recent show in Cedar Hill, a man approached the Blues Singer with young daughters in tow to ask what time the Jonas Brothers would be arriving.
“I told him ‘I am the Jonas brother. Not the Jonas Brothers.’”
Although the younger Joe Jonas wasn’t available for comment, Kevin Jonas did say that the band is aware of the older Joe Jonas. And for those of you in Dallas, make sure to check your calendar carefully!

Wait…. so Joe the Blues Singer is mad at the Jonas Brothers fame then? Cuz everybody keeps thinking that it is the younger Joe Jonas? Someone please let me know, thanks! :]

um sad. I feel bad for him. now he will b forever known as “that old blues singer guy that has the same name as the jonas brother’s joe jonas” well atleast by younger ppl. and u would think that the girls would have common sence to kno that’s not jonas brother”s joe’s myspace!

yea that’s sad but seriously why would you leave a comment on his myspace and come to his show why you know it’s not the real Jonas brothers??
and it’s not joe’s fault that he has the same name as him and shouldn’t that guys be happy i mean he getting more attention now[even though it’s not for him] but i never even knew he existed and now i do all because of the Jonas Brothers
so he should be somewhat happy that he’s getting more attention.
